Circuit Timer does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. Your workout data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
1. Data We Do Not Collect
Circuit Timer does not collect:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Analytics or usage tracking
- Advertising identifiers
- Device fingerprinting data
2. Data Stored on Your Device
Circuit Timer stores your circuits, intervals, and workout history locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device except through iCloud sync (see below) or Apple Health (see below).
3. iCloud Sync
If you purchase the Core upgrade, your circuits sync across your devices via Apple's CloudKit service using your personal iCloud account. This sync is managed entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data. Apple's privacy policy governs the handling of iCloud data.
4. Apple Health
If you enable the Apple Health integration, completed workouts are saved to the Health app on your device. This is write-only — Circuit Timer does not read your health data. You control this setting and can disable it at any time. Health data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
5. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs purchase transactions.
6. Third-Party Services
Circuit Timer does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
7. Children's Privacy
Circuit Timer does not knowingly collect data from children. Since the app collects no personal data from any user, it is compliant with COPPA and similar regulations.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
